Finance Systems Support Manager

Finance Systems Support Manager required to work within a Finance Systems team at an innovative and fast growing organisation on a permanent basis in the Reading Area.

Our Client is looking to hire a forward thinking Support Manager who has extensive experience in the Finance Systems / EPM domain and is excited to work with the new Cloud Technologies that they have invested in. You should have spent time working in a Finance department, be comfortable engaging with finance stakeholders and also be technically savvy within the Finance Systems Arena.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a Finance Systems Team who will be responsible for carrying out the core Development, Support and Maintenance work. Your role will be to ensure they are working effectively to keep the users happy and to be the point of escalation and the key point of contact for Senior Stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

5-7+ Years’ experience in the Finance Systems Domain

Team Lead Experience

Experience engaging with Senior Finance Stakeholders

Exposure to EPM Technologies – Anaplan, Hyperion, TM1, SAP BPC, Tagetik etc.

Strong knowledge of Accounting Processes – Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation etc.
