As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for a group of customers. You constantly monitor the use of the software with these users. You anticipate risks and opportunities to expand usage. You help new customers with the introduction of the software through start-up sessions and online training. You are the first point of contact for your group of customers throughout the entire life cycle. Here everything revolves around customer satisfaction and the extent to which the customer is actually successful with the software.
From the customer contact you also cooperate in answering support desk tickets, managing the support site and you develop tutorials. Because you are close to the customer, you also give feedback about our software to the development team.

What are the role requirements?

  • You have work experience in a function with customer contact.
  • Experience as a help desk employee is a plus.
  • In addition, you are well versed in online software and you have an affinity with planning & project management.
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • You have a lot of initiative and you really have fun solving problems and getting the question behind the question clear.
