This position plays a critical role in supporting the conception of a solution vision, building a unique value proposition, facilitating proposal development, driving the development of a supporting business case and being able to evangelize and present the technology & integration possibilities to key contacts including C-Level management – internally and externally.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of cloud ERP technology, enterprise business software architectures and technical platforms
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and/or Service Management solutions beneficial
  • Strong technical skills and relevant knowledge of modern development tools and platforms
  • Superior knowledge in cloud security topics
  • Strong working knowledge of, and experience with, sales and software demonstration processes and protocols
  • The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • The ability to present before a group, in a comfortable manner, and often under pressure
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment, with frequent schedule and requirement changes
  • Bias toward being proactive rather than reactive
  • 4+ years technical Presales / Business Consulting experience in the ERP-/ Business-Software environment
  • Language: German native or equal, English business proficient
  • Location: Germany – remote or office

Responsibilities

  • Produce Technical Design Documents and custom app specification documents in line with customer requirements
  • Support consulting and sales teams with functional design, configuration, and integration of the solution
  • Design & configure sessions with customers (Remote or on-site)
  • Conduct technical training workshops and knowledge transfer sessions for customers
  • Work on several high-level projects simultaneously
  • Enhance and maintain strong technical product expertise across the entire company product portfolio
  • Respond to high profile, high impact customer bottlenecks and issues in a convincing way

The Enterprise Architect works as part of the Europe North-Central (Nordics, DACH & EE) regional Presales team – reporting to the regional CTO – and plays a vital role in engaging with key prospects/customers/partners, identifying & properly positioning the technical value and integration of the solutions supporting the generation of significant sales revenue.
