Field Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity to join an EPM Consulting firm. They are growing rapidly across Europe, and as such, they require a Field Operations Manager who will work with the senior management team to understand the required Customer Success processes and to be pro-active in ensuring these processes happen in the right way.

Responsibilities

  • Understands and tracks all internal governance processes
  • Co-ordinates work across internal teams; ensuring that everyone knows what is expected of them
  • Controls the internal management reporting process, ensuring that all reports are delivered to their recipients on time
  • Works closely with the Customer Success Directors to ensure that all consultants are completing their required Governance Tasks
  • Checks the completeness and accuracy of all data used for reporting
  • Suggests any changes which can help to improve the operation of the Customer Success Team
  • Proofreads all customer documentation

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and able to multitask
  • High level of professionalism
  • 3+ years in a similar position.
