Presales Director- Leading SaaS ERP Vendor (€160K-€200K OTE)

An opportunity to lead the DACH region’s Presales team. You will be tasked will implementing and supporting the EMEA-wide Presales strategy & GTM for the team. Leading a team of highly skilled Presales Consultants & Solution Architects. Leveraging your expertise to lead, motivate and mentor the team to achieve a higher level of excellence & success. You will also be hands-on in engaging with key customers, partners & prospects to identify and position the value-driven solutions. To obtain extensive sales revenue.

The Director will lead the DACH team that works with leading Enterprise & Key Accounts to define the solutions and value customers would receive from the solutions.

building a unique value proposition, facilitating proposal development, driving the development of a supporting business case, and being able to evangelize and present the product proposal & business value to key contacts including C-Level management – internally and externally.

In this role, you will work alongside global leaderships teams to achieve a common and ambitious growth plan. With 4000 staff they continue to grow and take giant steps in the market.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive ERP, EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and/or Service Management topics
  • The ability to communicate & Present in a clear and concise manner, even under pressure
  • Advanced leadership skills and experiences
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment, with frequent schedule and requirement changes
  • 2 plus years in a Presales leadership role
  • 6 plus years technical Presales/Business Consulting experience in the ERP/ Business-Software environment
  • Language: German native or equal, English business proficient

  • Understand the product capabilities and industry requirements at a reasonably detailed level, drive the resolution of solution gaps, product line decisions, and/or partner engagement on specific opportunities.
  • Be able to identify, understand and communicate solutions to complex business requirements quickly and efficiently.
  • Be able to position the value-added services that support the software solution, which leads to high-quality, long-term engagement with the customer.
  • Be able to present to C-Level executives in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
