As a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Codex, you will further develop from the high standards you have already achieved, establishing your reputation as a leading recruiter in your field, taking the lead in commercial situations with an awareness of business strategy. Additionally, you will develop skills to mentor more junior members of the team whilst working closely with Management and Senior Leadership teams to promote excellence in all aspects.
As a Principal Consultant, you will:
Have a history of success focused on the tech market
Have a record of accomplishment of successful Business Development – Generating and Developing Accounts that can supplement your own and team billings
Have an organised Approach to work with a long-term focus on Relationships and adding value to candidates and clients
Be a successful Individual Performer with the ability to motivate yourself and others
