Senior Financial Analyst – United States (Multiple Locations)- Remote/Hybrid

With multiple offices located in Illinois, Missouri, South Dakota, and Georgia, there is flexibility with their WFH model that allows you to be either completely remote, or if located near an office, the ability to go into the office at your discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects that include strategic planning, preparing business cases, and support with Mergers and Acquisitions.
  • Analyzing key financial metrics using Adaptive Insights/ Workday Adaptive Suite for both Revenue and Costs.
  • Assist Client Consulting team with ad-hoc analyses and general support.
  • Working closely with senior management, C-Suite executives, and other stakeholders to provide insight and problem-solving and decision-making support.
  • Work with Financial teams to provide insight and recommendations to improve the revenue cycle.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, it is imperative to have the following skills and education:

  • Extensive experience using and administering Adaptive Insights
  • 5+ years of Finance-related work experience
  • Good understanding of financial reporting
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Financial Modelling skills

The following skills are Preferred, but not required and can be developed once hired:

  • Tableau and PowerBI experience
  • Intacct experience
  • Experience with tools including SQL, Power Query, PowerPivot
