Technical Account Manager- Team Lead £70K-£85K Base

The company have over 200 staff across 8 locations, whilst offer an open door policy and boast close contact to C-Levels within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be tasked with leading a portfolio of customers with the objective of making those customers committed to the company for life. As a highly effective business & technology sales professional, you will have the ability to marshal local and at times global resources to address any customer satisfaction, adoption, expansion, and/or renewal opportunities resulting in clear accountability and consistent service to the customer.

You will work closely with regional and at times global Sales leadership to create and execute go-to-market strategies to foster the development of joint solutions and business plans to meet or exceed annual ACV and renewal targets.

You will also identify and develop expansion and renewal targets, define the value proposition, and engage and collaborate with the global CSG leader on rules of engagement and operational procedures to quickly resolve issues and identify sales opportunities while ensuring mutual success.

You will report on all pre-sales and install base activity and forecast directly to the Vice President of Global Customer Success.

Your Profile:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
  • Experience in technical support and sales.
  • 2 plus years relevant advertising technology experience in a similar role
  • Good technical and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of sales software.
  • API’s, SQL & database knowledge preferred
  • Strong knowledge of advertising exchanges, behaviour targeting, and performance-based optimization and data management platforms (DMPs)
  • Ideally worked with AdTech, MarTech, specific to CX, CRM or Customer Data Solutions
